Women population constitutes around 50% of the world population. And most of the women around the world are unemployed that is the reason our world is suffering economically a lot. Women are equally competent even women are ahead of men in many socio- economic activities. Undoubtedly women are the backbone of our society such as caring mother, doting daughters, competent colleague and other roles are played by women around us with grace.

• We support a poor woman tribal farmer to purchase certified seeds and vermin compost for her vegetable garden.
• To improve the social, economic, political and legal strength of women, to ensure equal- right to women and make them confident.
• To allow for higher studies and it encourages a woman to show their talents which will not only benefit her individually and to the whole world at large.

Women are increasingly participating in the national development process and making the nation proud by their outstanding performances almost every sphere including medical science, engineering and so on.

Women empowerment also leads to more economic benefits not to individuals but to the society as well. We help women to stand on their own legs, become independent and also to earn for their family which grows country’s economy. This leads to decrease in domestic violence and advantageous in the case of corruption. A large section of women in India, both in rural and urban slums need to be educated and empowered. Women too should be allowed to study and work and should be made aware of their role in the support and safety of their family.
